I'M LOOKING FOR CLOUD SOFTWARE & SERVICES
Sage X3 Cloud
Sage X3 was designed for the cloud. Designed and developed as a Web native application Sage X3 can be accessed anywhere anytime by authorized users with any mobile device capable of running a browser, pretty much any browser.
CitySoft teams up with Sage to offer Sage X3 as either a public or private cloud service. Sage have partnered with AWS Data Centres in offering Sage X3 as a Service. Over time most if not all key regions where Sage X3 is available will enjoy local AWS resources including ANZ.
The all in one Sage X3 subscription licensing costs consist of a monthly platform fee and per user pricing per month. With various license types and a concurrent licensing model, Sage X3 can be delivered to a broader set of system users cost effectively.
The key points of difference between Sage and other suppliers of advanced business software on either a public or private cloud service reside with contract fee renewal certainty and database ownership. Sage contract client data ownership rights and importantly cap contract renewal rates so Sage clients have certainty over their cost of ownership.
SAP Business One for Cloud Deployment
SAP are in the process of launching SAP owned Data Centres, around the globe, to host their SAP Business One client systems on behalf of SAP’s business partners. The SAP public cloud offer for SAP Business One utilizes SAP Business One for the HANA platform. The pricing model places SAP Business One right amongst other cloud business software options that offer far fewer features and capabilities than SAP Business One for HANA.
CitySoft also provide SAP Business One (For Microsoft Windows & SQL or HANA) as a private Cloud deployed service using our own Data Centre resources or AWS where SAP Business One HANA is selected.
As SAP Business One moved in recent years from being an application to both an application and a technology platform it was evolved into a Web enabled system suited to Cloud deployment. SAP Business One can be subscribed to as part of a comprehensive Cloud service.
SAGE 300-CRM for Cloud Deployment
Sage 300 is available under CitySoft’s private Cloud. Sage 300’s transition to a Cloud ready application is all but complete where system users need only operate a device capable of accessing the Web and running a browser to access and use Sage 300. Sage CRM was designed as a Web enabled application is fully functional under a Cloud service. Sage 300 can be subscribed to as a part of a complete cloud offering.
A Public Cloud application service for mid-sized businesses and growing small to medium sized businesses isn’t always the best deployment model. A Private Cloud arrangement may in fact better suit your business.
From an investment perspective CitySoft’s Private Cloud service is similar to a Public Cloud offer. CitySoft combine vendor subscription licensing, hosting fees and software updates into a simple monthly fee just like the public cloud service however your system resides on optimized virtual machines owned by CitySoft located at a Class 1 data centre in Melbourne.
